October 5th- Formula 51
This class is 51 minutes of calorie torching intervals combined with lengthening pilates and barre inspired exercises. Formula 51 is designed to build strength, burn fat and lengthen muscles to achieve a feminine, toned look.

October 12th- Metabolic Meltdown
This class is an intense full-body workout designed to spike your body's metabolic rate.  We combine plyometric training with full-body exercises to melt away the pounds and create a new, lean body.  

October 19th- Total Tabata
Have you tried tabata yet?  Research has shown that 4 minutes of tabata training is equivalent to an hour of regular training.  This class consists of 5 tabata circuits mixed with active rest intervals focusing on core conditioning.  This class is perfect for building a sculpted physique.  

October 26th-360 Total Body Bootcamp
This bootcamp inspired class tones every inch of the body through traditional bodyweight exercises.  Lunges, push-ups and burpees will always be in style!
