Full-Body Circuit Workout for Fat Loss


This workout is designed to work every major muscle group while simultaneously torching calories.  What a time saver!  
Perform this workout 2-3 times per week to sculpt lean, sexy muscle!    

Workout Instructions:
Perform the first exercise for 45 seconds then move on to the second exercise and perform for 45 seconds. Continue until you have completed all 5 exercises with no rest in-between.  That’s 1 round.  Complete 2 more rounds for a total of 3. 

Exercises: 
1- Deep Lunges

2- Plank Step-Ups

3- Squat Jumps

4- Side Plank Kicks

5- Ski Abs
