Our Nutty Green Smoothie is full of heart healthy fats and metabolism boosters. **This is a VERY thick, satisfying smoothie so we recommend it as a meal replacement.
2 Cups of Water
2 Tablespoons of Flaxseed Oil

1/3 Cup of Walnuts
1/3 Cup of Raw Almonds
4 Cups of fresh Spinach
1 Avocado (frozen)
1 Banana (frozen)
1 Tablespoon of Honey
Place ingredients in blender (in order listed). We used a Vitamix blender and started on variable 1, slowly increased to variable 10, and blended for 1 minute. If you don't have a high power blender like VItamix or Blendtec you may have a gritty texture to your smoothie.
This recipe yields 3 10 ounce smoothies. I like to make extra to store in the fridge :) Always store in an airtight container!
