This smoothie is the perfect sweet treat or post workout pick-me-up. With 12 grams of fiber and 26 grams of protein it will banish hunger for hours, and the flaxseed and the avocado will provide your body with a dose of omega 3's to give you glowing skin.
1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder or vanilla meal replacement powder (We used Visalus shake mix)
1 Scoop of fruit flavored greens (We used Dynamic Greens in Strawberry Kiwi)
2 Ounces Avocado
1 Cup of milk or almond milk
1/2 cup of watermelon cubes (preferably frozen)
2 Tablespoons of ground flaxseed
5 ice cubes
*Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
